Comments Actually struck at Chandernagor, but with mint name Murshidabad on the coin, distinguished by the style of the 5-petal flower to right of the regnal year.It is reported that the Governer of Chandernagar, Mr Dupleix, obtained coining rights in 1738 and struck rupees, halves and quarters dated 1151/21 and 1152/22
