Ranmalji Sataji II was the Jam Saheb of Nawanagar, a princely state in Gujarat, India, from 1820 to 1852. He was a reforming maharajah known for his contributions to infrastructure development, including building roads and implementing drought relief measures. Ranmalji was adopted by Rani Achuba Sahiba, the widow of Jam Saheb Jasoji, who had died childless. During his reign, he focused on improving the state's infrastructure and welfare. He was succeeded by his son, Vibhaji II Ranmalji.
