Maharana Swarup Singh (1815–1861) was a ruler of the Sisodia dynasty who reigned over Udaipur State (formerly the Kingdom of Mewar) from 1842 to 1861.Reign: 1842–1861 (19 years) Predecessor: Maharana Sardar Singh (r. 1838–1842) Successor: Maharana Shambhu Singh (nephew, r. 1861–1874) Adoption: Biological son of Shivdan Singh (Bagore branch), adopted by his elder brother Sardar Singh to inherit the throne.
